I don’t see the weight loss sometimes till I sit there and compare old photos. As much as I love the left picture, I hated how big I looked. It’s a slow process but I’m getting there.

Today marks 3 years since my mom gained her wings. The last 3 years have been a journey without her, there’s so much I wish I could tell her and there’s so many times I wish I could go to her for advice. She kicked ass the years she was on earth and the older I get the more I understand the things she told me growing up.  I miss you so much mom, I love you.

4 months and 20 pounds down.. something finally switched in my head that I needed to do something about the weight I’ve gained over the years, I would look at myself or pictures and be upset of how round I was getting and with having the support of my boyfriend and my best friends I was able to change my life. There’s still a bit I wanna drop but this is definitely a start.
